A guy in the halls will ask you to find the person with a clipboard. The guy himself is in the hanger but I think you need to follow the green icon NPCs to get to him.

Talk to the doctor and she will ask for you to get her some Crytals. Go to the planet and you have to shoo the crystals from the wall. Follow the way points to get them all.
